Private Function - Hiring Information

Hiring Ferrara Karaoke Bar ensures you and your guests get the maximum out of your visit. We can cater for a birthday, hen’s night, work function, engagement party or any other celebration or cooperate function.
During the time of your function the venue is open exclusively to you and your guests.

The cost of hiring Ferrara Bar includes access to the bar and karaoke facilities. It is ok if you wish not to use karaoke facilities during your function.

Time/Costs
Most functions are held from 8:00pm – 10:00pm however; earlier start times are available. We do not take bookings that run past 10:00pm; this is when we open to the general public. You are welcome to stay on after your function and join in the fun!

Each booking includes a $150.00 bar tab. You may choose who can use the tab and what they can use it on. You are welcome to add more to this amount on the night.

The following time options are available:

• 8:00pm to 10:00pm
• 7:30pm to 10:00pm
• 7:00pm to 10:00pm
• 6:30pm to 10:00pm
• 6:00pm to 10:00pm

Dress Code
We have a strict dress code that applies at all times, even guests of private functions. It is the responsibility of the organiser to inform every one of our strict dress standards.
NO: Sneakers/ Sand Shoes / Skate Shoes, Thongs, Sandals, Work Boots/ Steel Caps, Flannel, Hoodies, Shorts or Sporting Attire. Dress to impress!

ID – Liquor Licensing Laws
Ferrara Karaoke Bar is a licensed venue therefore anyone entering our venue must be over the age of 18 and be able to produce one of the following ID forms: (this applies to everyone from ages 18 to 88+!).

• Current Drivers License
• Current Passport
• WA Proof Of Age Card

Because we are a licensed venue, people are not allowed to bring in or take out alcohol. Bags may be checked on arrival/departure.

Guest Min & Max
There is a minimum requirement of 25 guests required to make a booking.
Unfortunately if there are not 25 guests in the venue 1 hour after you function commences we open the doors to the general public, unfortunately NO refunds are given. It is your responsibility to make sure all guests arrive on time and are dressed appropriately.
Our venue has a maximum capacity of 85 guests.

Food
We do not provide food, however; you are welcome to organise your own.

Decorations
Decorations are strictly limited to balloons and posters. No feathers, glitter or anything that will need to be vacuumed, ie. party poppers. Remember you are responsible for having everything cleaned away 10 minutes before the end of your function.
